How long does shipping take?
Shipping will take between 4-7 working days, but we will always try to get your items to you as fast as we can.
If you need the items ASAP just shoot us an email at hello@lilyandsophia.com and we will do our best to get it to you for when you need it :)
How much does shipping cost?
Singapore
We offer free standard delivery for all Singapore orders with a minimum purchase of $200. Orders below that are shipped at a flat rate of $9.
UK
We offer free standard delivery for all Singapore orders with a minimum purchase of £150. Orders below £45 are shipped at at small order fee of £7 and orders over £45 that are shipped at a flat rate of £9.50.
We don't "make" any money from the shipping- we often have to subsidise as the shipping costs don't cover our costs.

returns & exchanges
Can I return my item?
Items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We check and pack the items very very safely, but if your item arrives and is damaged please email us at hello@lilyandsophia.com and we will replace/refund the items for you.
My item doesn't look like the photo on the website. Can I have a refund?
Each piece of our ceramic tableware is handmade from beginning to end. This means that no pieces will be exactly the same. This is something that we think should be celebrated and differentiates our hand made pieces to the mass produced items out there. So celebrate the fact that each piece you own is truly one of a kind, and you are the only person out there with it.
