We source our clay locally, reducing the environmental costs. 

All of our packaging is recyclable and plastic free where possible. We don’t use bubble wrap (which takes between 10-1000 years to de-compase in landfill) but use paper honeycomb wrap, which is made from recyclable paper and is biodegradable. We don’t use plastic sellotape but recyclable kraft paper tape. We encourage you to re-use all packaging and we are happy to re-use your packaging that is in a good condition- just email us on hello@lilyandsophia.com

For external packaging for shipping, we use pre-loved cardboard boxes to reduce environmental impact.
