meet your craftswomen
All our pottery is carefully handmade in small batches in a family run pottery studio in Hanoi. Owned by the extraordinary Vu, who started making pottery at just 9 years old. By 25 she owned the studio, and became the first woman in Vietnam to export ceramics. Pottery is in her DNA, she comes from a long line of potters and learnt her craft from her mother and father.
our team
These women are the reason are pieces are so unique. They come from generations of potters, using tradiotnal methods that have been passed down.
In this world of mass produced items, we think it’s so special to meet the amazing women who have carefully made each of our pieces for you, with love.
